Title: ●Test Procedure for Compact Fluorescent Lamps
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is required to review its test procedures for compact fluorescent lamps once every 7 years under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended. In this rulemaking, DOE is reviewing its test procedures for compact fluorescent lamps and considering whether to update the compact fluorescent lamps test procedures under appendix W to subpart B of 10 CFR part 430 or issue a determination that no amendments to the current test procedure are required. Once completed, this rulemaking will fulfill DOE’s statutory obligation to either propose amended test procedures for this product or determine that the existing test procedures do not need to be amended.
