Title: ●Workplace Substance Abuse Program at DOE Sites
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is amending its workplace substance abuse programs at DOE sites. The proposed amendments would modify the random drug testing rate of contractor employees in testing designated positions (TDP's), other than those in the 100 percent rate of testing pool, and clarify that all positions requiring  access authorization (security clearances) are TDP's, as the Secretary established in 2007.
