Title: Mercury and Air Toxics Standards for Power Plants Electronic Reporting Revisions 
Abstract: This action finalizes revisions to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants for Coal- and Oil-Fired Electric Utility Steam Generating Units (commonly referred to as the Mercury and Air Toxics Standards (MATS)), 40 CFR part 63, subpart UUUUU, necessary to merge separate electronic reporting systems into one system. Prior to the promulgation of these amendments, the extension allowing the submission of portable document format (PDF) files expired July 30, 2020. This final action was signed on July 17, 2020.
