Title: Proprietary and Private Information Protection in Enterprise and Federal Home Loan Bank Public Use Databases, Enterprise Annual Housing Activity Reports, and Enterprise Duty to Serve Reports and Plans | |
Abstract:
The proposed rule would implement sections 1319G, 1323, and 1326 of the Safety and Soundness Act (12 U.S.C. 4526, 4543, and 4546), and section 10 of the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (12 U.S.C. 1430) to establish requirements governing the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac public use database (Enterprise PUDB) and the Federal Home Loan Bank public use database (Bank PUDB). The proposed rule would provide a structure and standards to make the proprietary and private information protection determinations for the Bank and Enterprise PUDBs, the Enterprise Annual Housing Activities Reports (AHAR), and the Enterprise Duty to Serve Reports and Plans. The proposed rule would be based in part on HUD’s existing PUDB and AHAR regulations. |
