Title: NASA Logotype Use 
Abstract:

14 CFR 1221 governs the use of the NASA Seal, the NASA Insignia, NASA Logotype, NASA Program Identifiers, and the NASA Flags. NASA is considering ways to expand use of the NASA Logotype.  Therefore, the Agency is amending its regulations to take it out of retirement to allow use permissible by the NASA Administrator for historical context, on souvenir merchandise, and use in other certain situations .
