Title: The Freedom of Information Act--Fees for Electronic Disclosure of Records 
Abstract:

This supplement identifies fees to be charged for electronic disclosure of records.  This revised regulation updates the Commission's FOIA regulation to include a separate fee schedule for assessing research and production fees when the EEOC discloses in response to FOIA requests via electronic means.
