The Division is considering recommending that the Commission adopt rule amendments to harmonize and streamline the Commission's rules for exempt offerings under the Securities Act of 1933, including Regulation A, Regulation D, and Regulation Crowdfunding, in order to enhance their clarity and ease of use.
