Title: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR); FAR Case 2020-002, Removal of Obsolete Definitions 
Abstract:

DoD, GSA, and NASA are amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to remove the definitions of the terms "annual receipts" and "number of employees" from FAR 19.101.  These definitions unnecessarily duplicate the Small Business Administration (SBA) regulation at 13 CFR part 121.  In addition, these definitions in the FAR are outdated, following the publication of SBA’s final rule at 84 FR 66561 on December 5, 2019.
