Title: ●Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Northern Potato Crop Insurance--Quality Endorsement; Processing Quality Endorsement; Certified Seed Endorsement; Storage Coverage Endorsement 
Abstract:

This rule will amend the Common Crop Insurance Regulations; Dry Pea Crop Provisions to revise each of the four potato endorsements to specify that the premium amount for the endorsement will be determined by multiplying the number of insured planted acres of potatoes (certified seed potatoes for the Certified Seed Endorsement) by the premium rate contained in the actuarial documents for that endorsement. With this change, premium will no longer be charged on acreage prevented from planting.
