Title: Streamlining Program Requirements and Improving Integrity in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) 
Abstract:

The purpose of this rule is to increase efficiency, reduce burden and redundancy, and strengthen program compliance and integrity by codifying several nationwide waivers and flexibilities that have supported State agencies and program operators, and codifying additional provisions to streamline program administration, enhance monitoring requirements, and provide needed clarity on existing provisions.
