Title: ●Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program: Rescission of Requirements for Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents: Notice of Vacatur 
Abstract:

Removes from the Code of Federal Regulations the Final Rule published on December 5, 2019, titled Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program: Requirements for Able-Bodied Adults Without Dependents.’’ The 2019 Final Rule revised conditions under which USDA would waive, when requested by States, the able-bodied adult with dependents (ABAWD) time limit in areas that have an unemployment rate of over 10 percent of a lack of sufficient jobs. The Final Rule also limited carryover of ABAWD discretionary exemptions. This Notice of Vacatur responds to a decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia that vacated the rule.
