Title: ●Agriculture Acquisition Regulation: Internal Policy and Procedural Updates and Technical Changes 
Abstract:

The Department of Agriculture proposes to conduct a review of its Agriculture Acquisition Regulation (AGAR) to bring it up to date and to make sure correspondence with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) is maintained. The direct final rule will amend the AGAR to correct and update internal references to the FAR; to remove sections supplementing material that has been removed from the FAR; and to update designations of USDA offices, where the office designations have changed since 1998. The proposed changes will restore correspondence between FAR sections and AGAR sections.
