Title: ●Modification of Regulation to Permit Additional Eligible Tribal Entities 
Abstract:

EDA is updating the definition of Indian Tribe at located at 13 CFR 300.3 to remove the restriction that only non-profit Indian corporations are eligible for EDA grants. All Indian corporations, both for-profit and non-profit, would still have to be wholly owned by, and established for the benefit of, the Indian Tribe in order to be eligible.
