Title: Changes to Representation of Others Before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
Abstract: The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) periodically reviews its regulations to ensure that they are current, correct, and consistent. This document amends part 11 (Representation of others before the USPTO) of title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations to correct any discrepancies. These changes reflect an ongoing effort to provide clear rules regarding recognition to practice, practitioner discipline, and rules of professional conduct.
