Title: Admission to the United States Military Academy 
Abstract:

This final rule removes the Army regulation concerning policies for the command and control of the United States Military Academy, the United States Military Academy Preparatory School, and the West Point Military Reservation. This part applies exclusively to organizational entities and members within the Department of Defense. Where it applies to applicants, who are not yet service members, is internal criteria, related to accessions.
