Abstract:

This proposed action amends 32 CFR 723, last published February 24, 1997 (62 FR 8166), to reflect Board for Correction of Naval Records (BCNR) procedural changes.  This amendment will inform the public of the new procedural changes and provide clearer direction on the application submission process.
