Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 848 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 to prohibit the procurement of foreign-made unmanned aircraft systems by the Department of Defense.
