Title: Improved Energy Security for Main Operating Bases in Europe (DFARS Case 2020-D030) 
Abstract:

DoD is issuing a final rule to implement paragraphs (b)(1) and (b)(2) section 2821 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020.  The statute requires that each contract for the acquisition of furnished energy for a covered military installation in Europe not use any energy sourced from inside the Russian Federation as a means of generating the furnished energy for the covered military installation.
