Title: ●Limitations on Certain Goods Other Than United States Goods (DFARS Case 2021-D016) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to implement section 845 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021. Section 845 updates and expands the list of components for naval components and for T-AO 205 class vessels that DoD must acquire from manufacturers in the National Technology and Industrial Base.
