Title: ●Public Access to Results of Federally Funded Research (DFARS Case 2020-D028) 
Abstract:

DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to reflect policy requirements based on DoD recommendations 1 and 2 in report number GAO-20-81, "FEDERAL RESEARCH. Additional Actions Needed to Improve Public Access to Research Results," November 2019. This rule will address access to scientific articles or papers published in scientific journals and submission of a data management plan for research and development contracts.
