Title: ●Department of State Rescission of Determination Regarding Sudan (DFARS Case 2021-D027)
Abstract: DoD is proposing to amend the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) to implement the Department of State’s rescission of the determination of August 12, 1993, regarding Sudan, effective December 14, 2020. This rule will revise DFARS 225.7 to remove Sudan from the list of countries identified as a state sponsor of terrorism.
