Title: Identification (ID) Cards for Members of the Uniformed Services, Their Dependents, and Other Eligible Individuals 
Abstract:

This rule will finalize an interim final rule describing eligibility requirements for identification cards issued to uniformed service members, their dependents, and other Department of Defense (DoD) individuals. These cards are used for proof of identity, DoD affiliation, and to facilitate accessing DoD benefits. The rule will also update the Code of Federal Regulations to match revised contents of various internal DoD policy issuances and National Institute of Standards and Technology Federal Information Processing Standards.
