Title: ●Privacy Act Exemption Rule for Enlisted Eligibility Files (A0601-210a USAREC) 
Abstract:

This rule proposes to exempt the Enlisted Eligibility Files from certain provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974. The Privacy Act allows Federal agencies to exempt eligible records in a system of records from certain provisions of the Act, including those that provide individuals with a right to request access to and amendment of their own records.
