Abstract:

The notice requests data and information related to research efforts specific to premium cigars. In addition to reviewing existing data, FDA is seeking substantive comments regarding the scope of new research related to premium cigars. Data from this research will help inform FDA on regulatory policy with respect to premarket review of premium cigars.
