Title: Updating Medicare Part D Low Income Subsidy Redetermination Timeframes 
Abstract:

We propose to revise 418.3123(b) and 418.3123(d) to make our regulatory time frames general (i.e., remove specific, constricting dates) to ensure that beneficiaries would receive ample time to return their completed low-income subsidy redetermination form and the Agency would have enough time to process the returned forms and take appropriate administrative action.
