Title: Health and Human Services Grants Regulation 
Abstract:

The Department of Health and Human Services conducted a rulemaking to repromulgate or revise certain regulatory provisions of the Department of Health and Human Services found at 45 CFR part 75, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for HHS Awards, that were promulgated at 81 FR 89393 (Dec. 12, 2016). A federal district court issued an order delaying the effective date until August 11, 2021, for the following provisions:  75.101(f), 75.300(c), and 75.300(d). The remainder of the rule went into effect February 11, 2021.
