Title: Bonding  
Abstract:

This regulatory action would update the bonding procedures for (rights-of-way (ROWs)) on BLM managed public land. The proposed rule would change the Bureau of Land Management’s ROW regulations by revising the bonding portion of the regulations to make them clearer and easier to understand, which would facilitate efficient bond calculations.
