Title: Maximum Daily Civil Penalty Amounts for Violations of the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act 
Abstract:

The Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Improvements Act of 2015 requires Federal agencies to make annual adjustments for inflation to civil penalties. The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will amend regulations that set Maximum Daily Civil Penalty (MDCP) amounts for Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act (FOGRMA) violations. BOEM’s regulations will cross-reference to the Department of the Interior's Office of Natural Resource Revenue's (ONRR) FOGRMA civil penalty regulations.
