Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of Eugenia Woodburyana 
Abstract:

We are making a final determination on our proposal to reclassify Eugenia woodburyana (no common name) from an endangered to a threatened species.  Concurrently, we are making a final determination on a rule under section 4(d) of the Endangered Species Act. Eugenia woodburyana is found in Puerto Rico.
