Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Endangered Species Status for Beardless Chinchweed With Designation of Critical Habitat, and Threatened Species Status for Bartram's Stonecrop  
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to list beardless chinchweed (Pectis imberbis) as an endangered species and to designate critical habitat for that plant, and to list Bartram’s stonecrop (Graptopetalum bartramii) as a threatened species with a section 4(d) rule, under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (Act), as amended.  Both plants are from southern Arizona and northern Mexico.
