Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Removing the Kanab Ambersnail From the List of Endangered and Threatened Wildlife 
Abstract:

We are making a final determination on our proposal to delist the Kanab ambersnail (Oxyloma haydeni kanabensis). We proposed to delist the snail because the best available information indicates that it is not a valid listable entity under the Endangered Species Act. The Kanab ambersnail is found in Arizona and Utah.
