Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule For Puerto Rican Harlequin Butterfly and Designation of Critical Habitat 
Abstract:

We will make a final determination on our proposal to list the Puerto Rico harlequin butterfly (Atlantea tulita) as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. This butterfly is found in Puerto Rico. We will also make a final determination on our proposal to designate critical habitat for the species.
