Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of the Snail Darter
Abstract:

We are reassessing the listing status of the snail darter (Percina tanasi), a fish listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act. Our status determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication. Based on our assessment, we may propose to delist the species, unless we determine no change in its status is warranted.  The snail darter is a fish found in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, and Tennessee.
