Title: Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Reclassification of Red Hills Salamander
Abstract:

We are reassessing the listing status of the Red Hills salamander (Phaeognathus hubrichti), listed as a threatened species under the Endangered Species Act. Our status determination will be based on the best available information as of the time of publication. Based on our assessment, we may propose to delist the species, unless we determine no change in status is warranted. The Red Hills salamander is found in Alabama.
