Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for Kern Canyon Slender Salamander, Kern Plateau Salamander, and Relictual Slender Salamander 
Abstract:

This rule proposes listing determinations for the Kern Canyon slender salamander (Batrachoseps simatus), Kern Plateau salamander (Batrachoseps robustus), and relictual slender salamander (Batrachoseps relictus) under the Endangered Species Act. These salamanders are found in California. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
