Title: ●Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing Determination and Critical Habitat Designation for Regal Fritillary  
Abstract:

This rule proposes a listing determination for the regal fritillary (Speyeria idalia) under the Endangered Species Act. This butterfly is found throughout much of the central and eastern United States. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will also propose to designate critical habitat for the species, if prudent and determinable.
