Abstract:
The National Park Service (NPS) is proposing to allow for the use of bicycles on approximately 0.25 miles of new trail in Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway. NPS regulations require promulgation of a special regulation to designate new routes for bicycles off park roads and outside developed areas. |
