Title: Insider Threat Program System of Records 
Abstract:

This rule revises DOI Privacy Act regulations at 43 CFR 2.254 to claim Privacy Act exemptions for certain records in the DOI-50, Insider Threat Program, system of records from one or more provisions of the Privacy Act pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552a(j) and (k), because of criminal, civil, and administrative law enforcement requirements.
