Title: Jurisdiction and Venue in Removal Proceedings 
Abstract:

This rule would amend the Department of Justice regulations addressing jurisdiction and venue in removal proceedings. This regulatory change is necessary due to the increasing number of removal hearings being conducted by telephone or video conference and will clarify the issue of venue for cases involving multiple geographic locations.
