Title: ●Senior Community Service Employment Program Conforming Changes to the Supporting Older Americans Act of 2020 
Abstract:

Section 401 of the Supporting Older Americans Act of 2020 (PL 116-131) amended the Senior Community Service Employment Program (authorized under Title V of the Older Americans Act, as amended) to add formerly incarcerated individuals to the groups who are given priority under the program.  Additionally, section 401 requires that grantees identify and report on formerly incarcerated individuals in the 4-year State Plans.  This rule will add the new statutory text to the relevant sections of 20 CFR part 641.
