Abstract: The Secretary plans to amend the regulations implementing the Federal Pell Grant Program to conform with statutory changes, including those made by section 309 of the Department of Education Appropriations Act, 2012 (Title III of Division F of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2012 - Pub. L. 112-74) and section 310 of the Department of Education Appropriations Act, 2017 (Title III of Division H of Pub. L. 115-31, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2017).
