Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is weighing whether (and how) to revise its test procedures for Walk-In Coolers and Walk-In Freezers as authorized under the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended.  This action is required pursuant to EPCA's requirement that DOE review its test procedures for industrial equipment at least once every seven years.
