Title: Test Procedure Interim Waiver Process 
Abstract:

On December 11, 2020, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) published a final rule in the Federal Register that made significant revisions to its procedures for processing petitions for interim waivers found in 10 CFR 430.27 and 10 CFR 431.401. See, 85 FR 79802. DOE is reviewing this rule as required by E.O. 13990, Protecting Public Health and the Environment and Restoring Science to Tackle the Climate Crisis, 86 FR 7037 (January 25, 2021).
