Title: Amendments to Certification, Compliance, and Enforcement Reporting Requirements 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) plans to seek public input on specific ways to reduce burdens associated with its certification, compliance, and enforcement regulations.  Any amendments to the current regulatory requirements would lead to a corresponding reduction in paperwork requirements for the information collection approved under OMB Control No. 1910-1400, Certification Reports, Compliance Statements, Application for a Test Procedure Waiver, and Recordkeeping for Consumer Products and Commercial/Industrial Equipment subject to Energy or Water Conservation Standards Package.
