Title: Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards 
Abstract:

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is amending its financial assistance regulations at 2 CFR part 910 to make technical changes resulting from changes OMB made to its regulations at 2 CFR part 200. DOE will update in 2 CFR part 910 cross-references to 2 CFR part 200 within the subparts on general provisions, post award federal requirements for for-profit entities, and audit requirements, specifically to provisions pertaining to applicability, disputes and appeals, cost sharing, real property and equipment, innovation of financial assistance agreements, special award conditions, and appendix A to subpart D of part 910.
