Title: ●Revocation of On-site Civil Inspection Procedures Rule 
Abstract:

On February 6, 2020, the Environmental Protection Agency published a final rule regarding on-site civil inspection procedures implementing Executive Order 13892, and providing policy and requirements for conducting inspections and making inspection reports available to inspected facilities.  In accordance with 'Executive order on Revocation of Certain Executive orders Concerning Federal Regulation,'’ issued by President Biden on January 20, 2021, this final rule rescinds the Agency's rule regarding in-site civil inspection procedures.
