Title: Revisions and Confidentiality Determinations for Data Elements Under the Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule 
Abstract:

This action would revise specific provisions in 40 CFR part 98 to reduce burden, simplify and streamline implementation of the rule, improve the quality and consistency of the data collected, and clarify or provide minor technical updates to certain provisions that have been the subject of questions from reporting entities.
