Title: Increase the Duration of Aircraft Registration Registered Under Part 47 | |
Abstract:
This rulemaking would implement section 556 of the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2018 (Pub. L. 115-254). It is necessary to be compliant with the Congressional mandate. This rule increases the duration of the registration of all aircraft registered under part 47 from 3 to 7 years. |
