Title: Driver-Related Penalties Certification Requirements 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would update the regulation pertaining to driver-related penalties at 23 CFR part 192 to reduce the administrative burdens placed on States by the certification requirement in the current regulation and to make changes to conform to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21).
