Abstract:
The Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) requires residential structures designed, built, altered, or leased with Federal funds to be accessible to individuals with disabilities. HUD is the standard-setting agency for residential structures. HUD is proposing to update and improve the accessibility standard for residential structures that are subject to ABA requirements. |
